#1 You don't have any legal activities - you can't sue him anyhow. You could sue the company if you wanted but you would have to go to that state to do it. In one breath you are claiming legal activities and in the next you are asking what "those of us" should do that are owed money.

This thread is not going to turn into a witch hunt like the other. It's purpose is to keep people updated period.


When I said staying alive I mean him and his family. The business is dead plain and simple, he can't get parts and couldn't make enough to survive with the prices he had. He will be returning money as he can.. I clearly spelt that out in the email above.
