I made up two sets of plans, one set as a master, and one as a template. I cut out the foam with a razor blade on a plywood table. I set up a dremel tool to make a groove for the reinforcement rod, I could not find any carbon fiber rod, so I substituted it with a 3/16 dowel. I started out with 5 minute epoxy and found a hot glue gun to work much better, using the low temp setting. I had my first flight with it saturday morning and had only flown Slowstick, E-Starter, and Duskstick before. It is a blast to fly, I just need to get flights longer than 6-8 minutes to get comfortable with what it can do.
