It does resemble George Asteris' work, top notch and beautiful, but I don't think it is an Omen.

Too bad we can't see the bottom of the model. His last iterations of the two-stroke powered versions had a pipe tunnel that sharply ended right about at the wing trailing edge, giving the profile view a kind of TBF Avenger look to the bottom of the model.

George gave me one of his unfinished rejects (still 10x better than anything I could build) some years ago, but I passed it along to another good friend pattern flyer, thinking that with my health failing, I wouldn't be able to fly it. At least my other good friend did fly it.
