Captjohn, The price for some of the short blocks seemed reasonable to me. You having your own machinery could build your parts for conversion cheaper than a quality built factory job. I had Keith of BME assemble one of the CS-3900 for me and bought the parts from him to convert the other one. SO I efectlvely got two BME 40cc engines for around 300.00.
