It's worse overall.

Basically you get a slightly better looking tank (with some corrections made), but the under the bonnet it's not as sturdy/rugged and suffers from no direct-fit upgrades (compared to HL and its huge aftermarket upgrade parts market). Also with Matorro you only ever get a 1500mah battery and super slow charger (yep, slower than HL's 400 and 500mah beauties)
