RE: BME 150cc
There is only one 150 running at this time that I am aware of. They have not sold any. Out of the box it turned a Mej 30x12 about 400 RPM less than my well broken in DA on cannisters. The engine runs awesome and cut 2 pounds out of my plane. My 42% Dalton 260 now weighs 35 pounds. This was a baseline engine to see how it went. They will be tweeking the design to get some more woer out of it. I don't know if there is a release time frame set yet. I am breaking it in on a 30x10 Mej currently and it turns 6100. The last flight I could tell it was starting to pick up some RPM so I may need to tack again.
Let me just say this motor is not intended for a 40+lb 40% plane. It is really more suited toward light 40%ers or porky 35% planes. It weighs the same as a 3W 106 but has WAY more power. What amazed me the most is how it fired right up and ran with no burble regardles of what attitude it was flown.
