The other thing with screwing in the cowl. Drill the cowl so that it is bigger than the screw. screw in the screw with some fuel tubing between the cowl and the head of the screw. This way the cowl hole has the tubing between the it and the screw. The tubing will absorb the vibration otherwise the hole can enlarge because of the screw rubbing against it.
