1. i was wondering are there alot of parts out there for a 1/5 scale rc?

2. is the fuel hard or east to make?

3. would i have to order the parts or do you think a local hbs would carry them?

4. witch kind of 1/5 scale should i go with or it dosent matter?

and can you guys jus give me some tips on wat i should look for like if i where to buy a 1/5 scale gas powerd what are some of the things i should know b4 purchesing one?

thnkz and hope you guys out there can help me out
1. There are parts for all models except some of the cheap Chinese clones.

2. The fuel is easy to mix. 40ml of oil in every liter of regular pump gas, it's that simple.

3. Ask in your LHS.

4. The main choices you have to make are first of all, on-road or off-road, then 2wd, or 4wd, then finally if you want to race or not. Based on the answer to those choices, your options become clear... ge If you want off road rear wheel drive not for racing, just for having fun, then you should look at the FG Baja, the FG Monster, and the HPI Baja. If you want on-road 4wd, then it's an MCD Rally.

Like sheograth said, if you can afford them these cars are the pinaccle of the hobby. They're very fast and powerful straight out of the box, the noise and smell is great, and when you get a couple of guys out with them together, it's magical. I wrote a big FAQ about large scale, check it out... http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_7217508/tm.htm
