It has the spacer that came with the Jag coversion kit. I just looked again at it with a different perspective. It looks like I can remove the quick link and connect a nylon clevis to it (duh!!). That solves the interference on that end. And it looks like it wasnt reaching full travel, but only by a tiny amount. Thanks for the hint. The remaining concern is when it reaches max travel it hits another metal stop. What about that?
