I picked up a Sig Cap 231 wreckage recently. I prepped the tail pieces, (still on the old fuse) by just cutting them out with a hobby knife. I used a razor blade and scrapped some, then used
sand paper, and eventually a dremel. To date it fits like it grew there on the new fuselage.
