ORIGINAL: wingedwheel-0420 shoot i love tinkering and tweaking,i already modified a savage xl fuel tank and air filter to my volcano.i think its just the lack of having to wait for parts instead of being able to drive 2 mins down the road and get them.its now been almost a month and ive spent most of that time waiting on parts(not that you dont ship quick) i just hate waiting. i think thats my main problem. so what savage you think is the best,i was thinking about the savage x. oh and if you could post a link or email me the start up procedures on the savage,that would be great. thanks
Ya tht kinda is a draw back if you don't have a dealer nearby and have to wait.
savage x is the way to go and get the robinson racing steel spur gear set when you get it, if your dealer doesn't sell it let me know I should have sme in sock, it's a very populair upgrade, the nylon stock gear is great, but the engine has too much power for a nylon spur gear.
