After about 50 tries I finally got thru and spoke to Micheal. After a bit of runaround, he finally agreed to reimburse me for the return shipping charges. It was sent out today and is due at your facitlity next Wednesday. Please expedite this as quickly as possible.

The email I received reagarding this said processing will take 5-10 business days. - Why so long???? Just to send out the CORRECT product???? This mistake is holding up a giant scale project, anything that you can do to expedite the turnaround will be greatly appreciated!
