Wrong Product Received

I ordered 8 DMP-160 servos (standard size, high torque digital).
I received 8 DMA-016 servos (micro size)
I have called numerous times and only get a busy signal.
I did the online chat and was told I would get an email response within 1 or 2 days.
This is not acceptable. This error is holding up a project. I was also told by the online chat that I could call the phone # but as usual it is always busy.
Why is it so difficult to get a simple problem resolved? I spent $400 on servos and hundreds of dollars on planes in the last several months and this is how a customer is treated????
This might be my last purcahse from Nitro. If need be, I will dispute the credit card charge!!

After about 50 tries I finally got thru and spoke to Micheal. After a bit of runaround, he finally agreed to reimburse me for the return shipping charges. It was sent out today and is due at your facitlity next Wednesday. Please expedite this as quickly as possible.

The email I received reagarding this said processing will take 5-10 business days. - Why so long???? Just to send out the CORRECT product???? This mistake is holding up a giant scale project, anything that you can do to expedite the turnaround will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the order number. I'll go ship out the product for you tomrorow even before you return the incorrect product. Yes I'll issue credit for the shipping cost to have you return the incorrect product. Once again sorry about this.

I began installing servos on the plane tonight. 7 of the 8 servos are good and work perfectly!! Unfortunately, 1 of the servos does not work properly. It is not smooth as the others are, but rather "chunky" feeling.
How do I go about returning this and obtaining a replacement??

Alright I've already put a new one in the mail for you. As for the defective one you can keep it for spare parts.

Received the servo today!!! Very fast, and much appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!
Hopefully with any luck, the plane will maiden Sunday. If not, will be next weekend.
