That's only partially true. The older Airtronics servos had the wiring different. All newer Airtronics equipment is wired the same as the other brands. In fact, they use the same "Z" connectors that JR/Spektrum uses, meaning they are directly compatible. The rest of what he said is true. You can use any brand of servo with your radio. Although, on Futaba servos you will need to snip off the alignment tab before you can use it, but that's pretty easy. Reference the attached diagram.
