Default Thundercat conversion help needed..

I have a Thundercat 31 that I want to convert to electric. I need some help from you guys to get this project completed.

Due to my many other projects, this conversion must be done on a budget. I'm looking at either an XL540 or the kb-45 (need to figure out what turn) with a Turnigy 100 amp HV. The prop I have on the boat now is a M445. I'm not sure of what battery set up to go with. Thinking 2 X 4S 5000.

I'm not looking for all out speed, but rather longer running times and reliability. 10 minute running times would be great. Speed somewhere in the 40s. Is this possible? Any advice you guys can give me will be greatly appreciated.
