I do not think that I will be getting in the air today, The hurricane storm is passing threw her at this moment with one more on the way,
Im glad I went flying yesterday it was nice and cleare little wind and lots of fun my eagle did not want to come down and this is not the kind of plane that you want to dead stick in, I think Sunday will be the same,
My DL 50 has been doing a super job nice to start transition is very responsive and it realy has power, it takes this 18.2 Lb plane stright up no problem. I have no regrets on this one,
Bosco, I love your Christen Eagle. I wish I had one. I did the "in-house" development on that model and wrote the instruction manual for it too. I built one for Mat Chapman who flies the full-size Cap 580 that we modeled our trim schemes after too.
Say, I see you are using the cowl ring option on your Eagle. How do you like it? Do you think it's too much hassle? I made cowl rings for my Extra(s) and my Edge. The only way to go I think, but maybe too complicated for some.
Tell me what you think.
