RE: Thunder tiger 07
Now that we dodged "Ike" here in Florida ( I hope) and making preps getting plywood, checking my generator, and the rest of the hurricane prep thing, ran the GP 07 today. used 15% nitro wildcat with extra castor, its also about 4 years old, apc gray plastic prop about 16000, not sensational but not bad about 15 minutes run time
Good news the very tight pinch at top is gone, now just the normal slight one, compression has come up with that nice bounce when flipped
It got its last run on Davis 1/2 A which lit off with glow power, it kept running after dis-connect but could not get a good needle adjustment (remember this is on the glow head) running out of time was going to try 7x4 APC it also heavier may have had some flywheel effect and a better load.
Think it will make a good conversion now its off to Davis with it martin
There is no slop in the crank very nice fit
