Add to everything else noted that the US dollar continues to slip in value. As was noted, it's going to get worse before it gets better.
Actually, in the latest trading, the Euro is down about 10% to the dollar since last April...and the Pound is down a similar amount as well, about 12% in the last month.
However, if you are meaning it buys less stuff these days, that is certainly true......
Things are pretty volatile out there.
