I have a Great Planes ARF copy of it (Big Stik 40) and it is my favourite plane. I have downloaded plans of an Ugly Stik and plan to scratch build one soon.
Have you ever flown a Stik? If not you are in for a treat. They land as easy as your trainer, refuse to misbehave in a stall and go exactly where you point them.
I have been reading up about the Vintage Pattern competitions they have in the USA and I am hoping to get something like that going here in South Africa some day. An original Stik will be perfect for that.
