RE: poor service

I thought I would check the status of the shipment and used the online "Live Help" and the person that responded told me another 4-5 weeks. She asked for my email address or an order number to look at my order and I gave her the information. While I was waiting for a response, I commented that I had ordered it 6 weeks ago and would I need to wait 3 months to receive my merchandise. The Live Help was immediately out of service and I did not receive an answer.
