June 23rd i called about a broken canopy on my 80" zero. i was told then it was being shipped.. well that was a lie.. pretty disapointed at your poor service i have this new plane that i cannot fly.. I swear ill be a pain in the ***** if i dont get it with attacted tracking # and i will make it my purpose in life to tell everyone NOT to buy any of your products

i will stay on it.. i have a friend that has gotten a tracking # as well and he never got anything.. . so im not out of your hair yet.. but thanks for the words. we'll see if it all transpires

they refunded his money and said they cant get him the part. its for the 60 size hellcat cowling after waiting for 6 months saying they sent it with a tracking #

I am concerned and confused. Why does nitro give out promises and tracking numbers only for all to be false. Then after getting angry and disappointed, coming here for "john" to fix the falsehoods? I have seen this over and over again here. What is the disconnect? What is wrong with nitro? Is it some type of retardation?

I thought I would check the status of the shipment and used the online "Live Help" and the person that responded told me another 4-5 weeks. She asked for my email address or an order number to look at my order and I gave her the information. While I was waiting for a response, I commented that I had ordered it 6 weeks ago and would I need to wait 3 months to receive my merchandise. The Live Help was immediately out of service and I did not receive an answer.
