I used the 821 muffler with 822 header, even being the lower one, it gets perfect with the Nishioka one twouc muffler base, as it sits higher than the engine.
I don't know the 725 header, but 822 and 823 are built for the 821 muffler, if you can provide more info , I could suggest something perhaps.
