Default Help! I want this engine to run good.

doesnt high altitude mean the oxygen in the air is less then it would be at sea level?

so woudlnt you then have to add more "air" to the air/fuel mixture?

there are two methods of engine break in.
the one we all know which is to idle the first tank of fuel, and the for the next 4-6 tanks take it easy on the engine.

there is a new method that ive been hearing about that totally contradicts this "old" method.
the people who use this new method claim that the initial tank doesnt get the engine hot enough to properly seal the piston and sleeve and thus creates an improper sealing from the low temperatures.

there are many articles on this new method, but i always just follow what the instructions say when i get a car or engine.
im sure in a year or so everyone will be doing this "new" method but who knows.
