[snip]

I started to work on the MLG door actuators and noticed that one of the balls was loose on the hinge for the left MLG door. I started to tighten it and when I touched it with the pliers the ball came completely off the hinge and I stood there in disbelief as I had only applied a slight pressure. So now I have something to fix tommorow. I will get the servos and stabilators mounted tommorow.

Heres some pics from today....
Jason,

Do yourself a favor and replace ALL of the gear door hinges NOW with new ones from Tamjets. If you don't, you'll be doing it one at a time as they break in use and it will be much harder once the jet has everything in it...
