Jeebo ... okay lemme try give you a hand here. For a start you need to decide what sort of performance you want, sport or absurd. For the type of plane you want to fly you can look into this for starters:

Motor: Outrunner akin to an AXI 2826/10 or 2826/12
ESC: 60A
Battery: 3S 3,000 mAh to 4S 3000 mAh
Prop: 12x8 to 14x6

You can get many different brands of motors and ESC and batts. Cheap stuff that are reliable can be bought from Hobby City, Turnigy motors and ESC are fine for your use. Zippy batts are also ok for average use, not if you want to push them to its limits.

Brands to look into:

Motors: AXI/Hyperion/Hacker - Premium ; Turnigy/DualSky/HXT etc - Average and cheap but work well
ESC: JETI/Castle Creation/Hacker - Premium ; Turnigy/DualSky/Pentium - Average and cheap but work well
Batts: Flight Power/Hyperion/Thunder Power/Polyquest - Premium ; Zippy/Desire Power etc - Average and cheap but work well
