I'd guess the B&B carb intake is approximately 1-1/2 inches long, straight tube, slant cut at the tip. It is $8.95, pictured below, and available on page two of their site.

I've used several of these, and never noticed any considerable, or even noticeable change in RPM/power after retuning. It was simply used as a tool to assist in preventing excess spit from my piston ported engine, or to get the intake opening to a spot where less turbulent air was for smoother running.....
