Since you already found a source, I'll just pass this along as
future ref. Kansas City has a retail parts store called Beaver Tools
where you take in the length you need and tooth count, they will
cut the length off from a bulk spool and weld it. I'm sure you
would have a similar shop up there too.

I may have missed it, but I didn't see that you mentioned what
gear reduction you have for going from wood to metal.
