Try a U-Can-Do 60. It sure sounds like that would meet what you are looking for. They fly great. I love my .46 size that I used a .704S on. I also have flown the 1.20 size and they can do anything and they look pretty good in the air.
Unfortunately the UCD manual specifically gives warning not to fly this plane fast[&o] which is the last 'requirement' in the OP:
