With these SH .28s you hear both bad and good reviews. In my experience, the engine ran, and still runs, great. Ever since it started for the first time on the first pull, it has been awesome. My airfilter once leaked a bit, and there was dirt in the carb opening. The engine lost considerable pinch, but it still runs and makes decent power after 7 gallons.
Mine's been great from the start. Easy tuner, decent power. I've been very happy with it. As good at starting as any motor I've had.
