The italian OPS made a beautiful 20cc OHC belt driven ,removable head, very elegant engine some 20 years ago .if you find it, get it.
BINGO...that is the engine I was talking about. I think I may know where there is one new in the box. The guy wanted serious $$$ for it. I see him from time to time. Best Regards Capt,n
