I wouldn't think for a second that any major online retailer of hobby products doesn't know exactly what is being said here.
I've been with Tower Hobbies since the beginning in the early seventies. But I'm not the loyalty bound type of customer. While I do buy from other online retailers, Tower Hobbies still gets the majority of my business for one reason only - they are quite often the least expensive and their customer service is right up there at the top with several others. When they cease this type of behavior, my ordering habits will change abruptly, but I doubt that will ever happen.
