You pitch curves should be for 0 degrees pitch up to 50% throttle and then from 0 to 10 degrees from 50% to 100% throttle.
Your throttle curve should be o0% at bottom of the stick and 100% at the top fo the stick with the graph at a 45 degree angel. This is in normal mode and should get you flying. You can play with the pitch curves from there.

I have a DX6i and do not know how many program points you have on pitch and throttle curve. But the curve numbers are the same.
