Typical values were 1.5 ms neutral, +/- .5 ms for +/- 45 degrees for pulse width. Slight variation with brands, but pretty much the same since Doug Spreng came up with the concept in the early 60's.

Frame rate of 30 to 40 hz. For analog servos, too low, servos have no torque, too high a rate, the servos buzz and hum due to the internal pulse stretcher never fully discharging.

Can say what happens with the newer digital servos in regards to frame rate.
