Default servo period and duty cycle

I am trying to control a servo from my computer. I need to know duty cycle and period of the servo signal to write the code.
That information is written on the specs given with the servo. Unfortunately I don't have that.
Those values are generally same for all servos. Could anybody look at and tell me those values? It would be better if someone scan the spec sheet and put it here.

Default RE: servo period and duty cycle

Typical values were 1.5 ms neutral, +/- .5 ms for +/- 45 degrees for pulse width. Slight variation with brands, but pretty much the same since Doug Spreng came up with the concept in the early 60's.

Frame rate of 30 to 40 hz. For analog servos, too low, servos have no torque, too high a rate, the servos buzz and hum due to the internal pulse stretcher never fully discharging.

Can say what happens with the newer digital servos in regards to frame rate.
