It is not 3W. The criss-crossed carbon fiber shows it's identity. This airpane was offered by a manufacturer up in Canada. Like others I cannot recall the name. It was created specifically for the unlimited GSARA type racing of the early 90's. I saw it at Toledo in roughly 1995. I talked to the guy who was making for a long time. The plane was originally offered for about $500 which was a lot of money at the time. I recall him saying how difficult it was to make a profit at that price and he had only sold a handful. His main business was some type of tooling shop. I always thought that he gave up the manufacturing because he couldn't make money at it. Leo
