It is either a 3W Mustang or another one I saw five years ago at Toledo. It was designed for unlimited Reno racing class that was going strong then. That is why the fuse is reinforced with carbon fiber . I can't remember the co. if not 3W. I do not think they are still in business.

It is not 3W. The criss-crossed carbon fiber shows it's identity. This airpane was offered by a manufacturer up in Canada. Like others I cannot recall the name. It was created specifically for the unlimited GSARA type racing of the early 90's. I saw it at Toledo in roughly 1995. I talked to the guy who was making for a long time. The plane was originally offered for about $500 which was a lot of money at the time. I recall him saying how difficult it was to make a profit at that price and he had only sold a handful. His main business was some type of tooling shop. I always thought that he gave up the manufacturing because he couldn't make money at it. Leo

The name starts with a "S". Can't think it right now, but if its the guys from Canada, his ad had him in a tank top displaying the model in plain silver with American markings in various M-A-N magazines. In business around the same time as us. Got out around the same time too!

Don't fly it, mold it.

Way ahead of his time with the composite concept.
