The 40mm up and down may be a misprint because mine doesn't use nearly that much
movement. I just use the eyeball method, then adjust it after flying until it feels right so
I don't really know the measurement but it's probably, at the most, 3/8 inch up and down
on low rates and maybe 1/2 inch on high rates.
