ORIGINAL: icepilot

The charging station cyclically discharges an accumulator (1) using the so-called reflex charging method, whereby the discharge time is short compared to the charging time and the discharge current is larger than the charging current according to a defined reflex factor. The accumulator is earthed at its earth side (15) via a load resistance (R1) greater than its internal impedance and there is a discharge circuit (6) that connects the accumulator terminals (2,3) via a discharging resistance (R3) that is smaller than the load resistance by the defined factor. The load resistance is outside the discharging circuit An Independent claim is also included for a method of charging at least one current storage device or accumulator.
Say what? I think I understood the German better. What I really want to know is if it will work with my Hobbico AccuCycle Elite charger.
