Eagle Claw makes them. Might not be as prevalent in the middle portion of the country. Being originally from FL, you couldnt go past the aisles there without seeing stainless leader material, due to all the salt water fishing.

Try Cabelo's, Bass Pro Shops, or any of the outdoor online stores. They should have it in a bulk amount.
