I agree Goin' West. This is what I also thought of when I first read Sean's question. Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't the brunt of ARFs made over seas? I know Jet Hangar's Hawk is and the new F15 who's name escapes me at the moment (RTP?) I once naiively thought "Made in China" meant poor quality. Therefore I always sought items made in Italy, UK, Belgium, Switzerland etc... Maybe it's that same stigma that BVM is concerned about. It would be ridiculous to think like that in this day though, as the quality coming from Asian countries is remarkable. Nowadays, I'm frustrated that everyone tells me to buy American and in many instances I'll pay through the nose for a U.S. made product. These "new to the scene", moderately priced jet ARFs are extremely appealing to me. I think they're going to open a mini flood-gate for many who considered turbine modeling out of their price range. It's a no-brainer that many jet folks want inexpensive, great looking, turbine powered, 3/4 built and bundled in a neat package arriving at their door. It's called "near" instant gratification. I'm not surprised at all that BVM is following the bandwagon.
