Yes, micro connectors are not the same as regular servo connectors. You would have to:

- Buy servos with micro connectors (mentioned in one of your links)
- Get an adapter cable (the one you mention is an extension, and does not make regular servos work with a micro rx.)
- Splice micro plugs onto your servos (NOT recommended)
- Get a different rx.
