No ... I am not seeing this. Maybe something to look for in the future though. I would think that tuning the fuel flow settings during startup would help out, per Cgroen and Vincent. I had a BMT 120KS a few years ago that from time to time I had to adjust the settings to prevent a flamey startup. Different technology here, but same concept. Let us know if you have any luck tuning it out. All I get now are small (1 - 3 inch long) wispy flames during ramp up that are not unlike what you might see on propane start engines during ramp up.
