Hi Joe,
I take TWO flat head screwdrivers and pry up at the same time...
The cap will come off straight up with no twisting...
If you twist you will see the keepers on the metal cap spread and
that could lead to ground problems...
I have been told that you can use a metal automotive clamp
to hold the cap together if it loosens... Have not tried that..
Just be VERY careful with that cap !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
