It's 8mm but you'd be better off to get a prop reamer from the hobby shop. I think they go from 7mm to 10mm so you'll have a reamer for all your props. Also you don't want to drill them, it's better to ream them. Reason being is that a drill bit will grab the plastic and dig too quickly and you won't end up with a very good hole.
