With detatchable nacelles you could do that "tune the engine in the hand" thing they got going in the other thread LOL.
I'm with Chuck, I think you would enjoy the model a whole lot more going EDF. It will be kind of expensive getting all the stuff up front but will cut down on fustration when flight time comes.
One of the biggest things I have come to understand about EDF vs regular electric is that EDF really needs 4S to do well and that translates to considerably more expensive batteries and a charger capable of handling 4S.
It'll be really cool though
