Been looking for a twin with more power than the GT80, that will fit in an older H9 33% Sukhoi. Some of the new singles have great power, but I am getting tired of the shaking. I have a couple of other large singles already, so I am ready for something smooth. The DL and DA 100's are 11-1/2" wide cap to cap...The extra inch would make the modification to the cowl much less significant, if at all from my measurements. Throttle management is no issue, been overpowering things due to what works, fits, or what is cost effective for me for a long time now. The 116 would certainly be well suited for many other projects going forward as well. I'll have to give it some thought now, and decide if I want to try a DL100 and save some $$, or go with a BME since I've not yet had one. Thanks again for the information!
