RE: the hyper st PRO thread!
I have had both a Hyper and Losi.
Both turn really hard, and can be difficult to drive for us mortals, although the losi can be tonned down as it has more aftermarket( and Losi)
tuning bits.
I have read that the Jammin range are a little softer to drive, but the x2 is next gen. so may have more than the x1
All the modern truggies are tough as nails, but none more than the Hyper. I have broken a few 'C' hubs on the HYper, but I have also broken a spindle and rear hub on the Losi,
so not much in that.
At our recent State Champs, all of the brands were represented in the finals and none looked signifigantly better than any other.
The driver made the biggest difference.
Best to see what is popular at your local club and have a chat with the guys there.
If you are running the same as a few others, you should get help and advice, they might even ba able to help if you break a part and don't have a spare.[8D]
