The snow was 12-18in deep and really light and fluffy. Would have needed floats to takeoff/land.

Not much cushion effect for lawn darts. The reason for all the 'little pieces' in the midair shots is that coro gets brittle below freezing.

95% of the planes are coro. Actually the carnage was not bad at all. (only 2 that are not worth repairing)

I'm the only die-hard left flying balsa/foam.
