Yes I agree a lightweight engine is the key. I have a os wankel on mine with a APC 10x5 I need to try a 10x4, its plenty fast, and more RPM out of the wankel will really sound great ! I like the Idea of a steerable tailwheel, I fly off of asphalt, and my skid is nearly worn through after about a dozen flights, not to mention taxiing with a crosswind is nearly impossible, it just weather vanes.
