Changing the T/C wire will not cause plugs to burn out. The use of the 11.1 lipo will not be a single reason for the plugs to burn out.

We recommend the use of McCoy -MC-9's.

Also, you cannot install the RPM board incorrectly as it is simply bolted to the standoffs and that's it. There is one other possibility and that is the RPM board needs to be calibrated for the T/C. If this calibration is not properly set up, the ECU will think the turbine it is at high temp (even thought it has not run) and will immediately shut down on a flase high temp indication and dispaly error lights.

The Data terminal is needed to calibrate the RPM board.

I do not have an 8000 manual so we need to talk.
